– Members: Individuals who sign up for any form of membership, including free, premium, or partnership memberships.
– Mentorship Program: A feature within the platform allowing members to receive guidance from experienced mentors.
2. Membership Terms
2.1 General Membership
Members of the UBJ Platform must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process. Each member is responsible for maintaining the security of their account information. Any activities under a member’s account will be the member’s responsibility.
2.2 Premium and Partnership Memberships
UBJ offers different tiers of membership, including premium and partnership memberships. Benefits and pricing for these memberships are provided on the platform and may be subject to change. Fees paid for membership are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
3. UBJ Coin Policy
3.1 Earning UBJ Coins
Members can earn UBJ Coins by participating in platform activities such as:

– Replying to comments
– Liking posts
– Inviting others to join the platform
3.2 UBJ Coin Value and Use
The value of UBJ Coin is tied to user demand and starts at 0.01 South African Rand per coin. Members can use UBJ Coins to:
– Purchase products in the marketplace
– Access online courses
– Upgrade Membership
– Withdraw and convert UBJ Coins into cash, subject to platform-specific terms.
UBJ reserves the right to adjust the value and uses of UBJ Coins based on platform needs or market changes.
3.3 Prohibited Uses
Any misuse or manipulation of the UBJ Coin earning process, such as bots, fraudulent referrals, or other unauthorized actions, will result in the immediate suspension of the offending member’s account and the forfeiture of all UBJ Coins earned.
4. Product Sales and Stores
Members may set up stores and sell products within the UBJ Platform. Sellers must ensure that all products comply with local laws and platform guidelines. UBJ is not responsible for any disputes between buyers and sellers.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
All sales, including membership fees, courses, and marketplace transactions, are final unless otherwise specified. Refunds for products or services are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by UBJ’s support team.
6. Content and Conduct
6.1 Content Ownership
All content created or uploaded by members, including posts, images, and product listings, remains the property of the original creator. However, by posting on the UBJ platform, members grant UBJ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute the content as needed.
6.2 Community Guidelines
Members must respect the community and engage in positive, productive conversations. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
– Harassment, abuse, or threats of violence
– Posting inappropriate or illegal content
– Spamming or advertising outside of approved channels
– Fraudulent activities or impersonation
UBJ reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
7. Mentorship Program
Members who participate in the Mentorship Program must adhere to program-specific rules. Mentors and mentees are responsible for maintaining a respectful and constructive relationship. UBJ is not responsible for the outcomes of mentorship interactions.
8. Termination of Service
UBJ reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for any member who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in unlawful activities. Termination may result in the forfeiture of all earned UBJ Coins and the closure of the member’s account.
9. Changes to Terms
UBJ reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
UBJ provides the platform “as is” without warranties of any kind. UBJ makes no guarantees regarding the availability, performance, or security of the platform. Members use the platform at their own risk.

UBJ shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of earnings, UBJ Coins, or data.
